What I Worked On

A hands-on virtual experience simulating the role of a Security Awareness analyst at Mastercard.

Phishing Threat Identification

Analyzed suspected phishing emails to identify indicators of compromise and social engineering tactics. Documented findings and reported security threats following established incident response procedures for security awareness teams.

Security Training Needs Analysis

Analyzed which areas of the business required more robust security training based on phishing simulation results and historical incident data. Identified departments with elevated risk profiles and tailored training recommendations accordingly.

Training Program Implementation

Designed and implemented targeted security training courses and procedures for teams identified as needing improvement. Developed course content, defined learning objectives, and established metrics to measure training effectiveness and behavioral change over time.
